Cucumber Patch Management has engaged a fully-credentialed housekeeper/caretaker. Our caretaker and hot tub service provider are unparalleled in the industry. Our hot tub service contract provides for unlimited service calls. We have a 24-hour hotline and a Helpful Hints Manual in the unit.

Our check-in time for the unit is 4:00 PM and check-out is 9:00 AM.

At the time of booking, your initial deposit is equal to one night's lodging. The final lodging balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Personal Checks (at least 60 days from arrival) and Cashier's Checks.

A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is due by check or credit card 30 days before your arrival date. Within 2 weeks of your arrival, you will be forwarded the lock box and garage door security code.

The security damage deposit will be returned via mail upon walk-thru by our caretaker.
